We are a real estate investment company that primarily focuses on wholesaling, flips, rentals, seller financing etc. We are looking to scale up and to close on more properties each month.

Job Details:
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Texas (Remote)
Schedule: M-F 9am-6pm
Pay: $75,000 - $150,000 per year (based on your closing abilities)

Reports to: Sales Manager

Pay structure: 10% commission of profits made for each closed and funded property plus monthly quota bonuses

Call Volume: 250+ live calls per month.

Job Description:
The Home Buying Specialist or Investor Sales Director is an exciting position for a high energy, motivated, and experienced closer.

It’s a full time, in house role with potential to make 6 figures a year or more.

You must be an A-player with a disciplined work ethic. If you’re trying to do the bare minimum to collect a check then you won’t last here. You are expected to make 250+ calls per month.

Responsibilities:
  • Take scheduled sales calls set for you
  • Set calls/work leads when no sales calls are scheduled (working hours)
  • Appointment and lead tracking
  • Close as many deals as you possible can
  • Complete End of Day KPI report
  • Attend regular company, department and manager meetings/trainings
  • Meet and exceed monthly objectives
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
  • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
  • Must be coachable
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Provides an excellent service
